Who we are
A home for our community in London
Karahasanlılar UK Derneği brings together families with roots in the Karahasanlı community, here in London. We run a community centre and shared spaces where people of all ages can meet, celebrate and support one another. As a registered charity we work for the public benefit across the city — for children and young people, elders, people with disabilities and the wider community.

Our football
From Karahasanusağı to London
Every summer we organise a football tournament in our village in Elbistan, where teams from the surrounding villages — and our people returning from the UK, Germany, France and beyond — compete for the trophy. Back in London, Karahasanlılar Spor Kulübü fields under-17 and over-17 teams, runs youth football, and plays in the Sunday leagues.

Under the leadership of our chairman, Hacı Güngören, Karahasanlılar UK Derneği has grown into a warm and welcoming home for our community in London. With tireless dedication he has worked to bring families together, to support our young people and our elders, and to keep our traditions alive far from home. His door is always open, and his care for the wellbeing of every member of the community is felt in everything we do. Guided by his vision and generosity, the association grows stronger year after year. We are proud and grateful to have him at the helm.
